Mae modd prynu tocynnau ar gyfer Parti Haf y 90au RhCT ar-lein yma

 

Pa mor hir fydd hi'n ei gymryd i fy nhocynnau gyrraedd ar ôl eu prynu?

Bydd e-docynnau'n cael eu hanfon drwy e-bost i'r cyfrif a gafodd ei ddefnyddio i'w prynu. 

Ga i brynu tocynnau ar y diwrnod?

Os bydd tocynnau'n weddill, bydd Swyddfa Docynnau ar agor ym Mharc Goffa Ynysangharad o 11am tan 6pm ger mynedfa Stryd y Bont. Yma, ar y diwrnod, bydd modd i chi gasglu eich tocynnau a gofyn unrhyw gwestiynau sydd gyda chi. 

Oes hawl gyda fi i ddod â bwyd i ardal yr achlysur?

Nac oes, does dim hawl gyda chi i ddod â bwyd na diod i ardal yr achlysur. Bydd amrywiaeth o werthwyr bwyd yn ardal yr achlysur, a bydd modd i chi brynu bwyd a diod oddi wrthyn nhw. 

Os oes tocyn gyda chi, bydd modd i chi fwyta ac yfed eich bwyd a'ch diod eich hunain wrth giwio ar y llwybr dynodedig ym Mharc Coffa Ynysangharad cyn mynd i mewn i ardal yr achlysur.

Ga i ddod â fy alcohol/diodydd fy hun?

NA CHEWCH. Bydd modd i chi brynu alcohol a bwyd a diod oddi wrth y bariau a'r gwerthwyr bwyd a diod yn ardal yr achlysur. Bydd Gorchymyn Diogelu Mannau Cyhoeddus (PSPO) ar waith sy'n cwmpasu Parc Coffa Ynysangharad. Mae hyn yn golygu ei bod yn drosedd yfed alcohol y tu allan i safle trwyddedig yr achlysur. 

Oes gofyniad oedran i ddod i'r achlysur?

Gall bobl o unrhyw oedran ddod (cyn belled â bod gyda nhw docyn) ond rydyn ni'n gofyn i blant dan 16 oed fod yng nghwmni rhieni/gwarcheidwaid dros 21 oed.

Oes angen tocynnau ar blant?

Oes, bydd angen tocynnau ar bawb sy'n dod i'r achlysur.

Faint o'r gloch fydd y gatiau'n agor?

Bydd y gatiau'n agor am 3pm. Mae disgwyl i'r achlysur ddechrau am 4pm

 

Pa gatiau ydw i'n eu defnyddio i ddod i mewn i'r parc?

Bydd modd dod i mewn dros bont Llys Cadwyn a phont Marks & Spencer. 

Pryd bydd y parc ar gau ar ddiwrnod yr achlysur?

Bydd y parc ar gau i'r cyhoedd o 12pm ar ddiwrnod yr achlysur.

Ga i adael ardal yr achlysur ac yna dychwelyd iddi?

NA CHEWCH. Mae polisi 'dim dychwelyd' gyda ni. Ar ôl sganio'ch tocyn wrth ddod i mewn, fydd dim hawl gyda chi i adael ardal yr achlysur ac yna dychwelyd iddi.

Rydyn ni'n annog pobl i ddefnyddio trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus ac mae rhwydwaith trên a bysiau da yn gwasanaethu Pontypridd. Mae rhagor o fanylion am y rhain yma www.trc.cymru

Oes mannau parcio i'r anabl ar gael ym Mharc Coffa Ynysangharad?

NAC OES, does dim parcio ar gael ym Mharc Coffa Ynysangharad. Mae nifer o gilfachau parcio dynodedig ar gyfer deiliaid bathodyn glas ar gael ym mhob un o feysydd parcio'r Cyngor. Mae rhagor o fanylion am y rhain ar gael drwy'r ddolen uchod. 

Pryd bydd yr achlysur yn gorffen?

Mae disgwyl i'r achlysur orffen am 10:30pm.

Ga i fynd â chadeiriau/dodrefn i mewn i ardal yr achlysur?

NA CHEWCH. Does dim hawl mynd â chadeiriau na dodrefn i mewn i ardal yr achlysur.

Fydd toiledau ar gael yno?

Bydd toiledau ar gael yn ardal yr achlysur.

Beth yw cod post y parc ar gyfer y teclyn llywio â lloeren?

Y cod post yw CF37 4PE. Bydd hyn yn mynd â chi i Barc Coffa Ynysangharad. Sylwch, does dim parcio ar gael yno. Mae modd dod o hyd i restr o feysydd parcio cyfagos yma  

Ble ca i aros?

Fydd ardal arbennig i mi wylio'r perfformiad o'm cadair olwynion?

Bydd ardal wylio arbennig ar gael i'r sawl sydd mewn cadeiriau olwynion. Mae lle yn gyfyngedig yn yr ardal yma a fydd DIM modd cadw lle ymlaen llaw. Y cyntaf i'r felin fydd hi o ran y lleoedd sydd ar gael ar y diwrnod. Sylwch, ar gyfer pob cadair olwynion, dim ond un lle fydd yn cael ei glustnodi ar gyfer person arall sy'n gwmni (bydd sedd yn cael ei darparu ar gyfer y person yma sy'n rhoi'r gofal).

Fydd cyfle i mi gwrdd â'r perfformwyr? Mae galw mawr am hyn, ond fydd dim cyfle i chi gwrdd â'r perfformwyr (yn rhad ac am ddim neu drwy dalu) trwyddon ni ar y diwrnod. Bydd cyfleoedd posibl i gwrdd â pherfformwyr yn cael eu cyhoeddi ar ein tudalen Facebook a'n cyfrif X.

 Â phwy ddylwn i gysylltu os bydda i'n colli eiddo yn yr achlysur?

 Os byddwch chi'n colli rhywbeth ar y diwrnod, ewch i babell felen 'What's On' a gofyn i aelod o staff a oes eiddo coll wedi cael ei adael yno. 

Os byddwch chi'n sylweddoli ar ôl yr achlysur eich bod chi wedi colli rhywbeth, anfonwch e-bost at Adran Achlysuron y Cyngor ar achlysuron@rctcbc.gov.uk.

 Fyddwn ni ddim yn anfon unrhyw eitemau drwy'r post a bydd angen i chi eu casglu eich hunain. Sylwch, efallai bydd angen dogfennau adnabod arnoch chi. 

Os byddwch chi'n dod o hyd i eiddo coll yn ystod yr achlysur, ewch ag ef i aelod o staff ym mhabell felen 'What's On'.

Beth sy'n digwydd os bydd hi'n bwrw glaw? 

Achlysur awyr agored yw hwn, felly dewch yn barod am bob math o dywydd. Bydd yr achlysur yn mynd rhagddo boed law neu hindda. 

Beth nad oes hawl i mi ddod ag ef i'r achlysur?

DOES DIM hawl dod â chamerâu proffesiynol, dronau na chyfarpar recordio i ardal yr achlysur.

DOES DIM hawl dod â photeli, caniau, cynwysyddion, alcohol na bwyd i ardal yr achlysur. Sylwch fod y Gorchymyn Diogelu Mannau Cyhoeddus (PSPO) sydd ar waith ym Mhontypridd yn ei gwneud yn drosedd yfed alcohol mewn safle heb drwydded (ar y stryd neu mewn man cyhoeddus)

Does dim hawl dod â thân gwyllt, caniau mwg, polion baneri, ymbarelau, offer picnic, barbeciws nac eitemau tebyg i ardal yr achlysur.

Does dim hawl dod ag aerosolau, cyffuriau nac eitemau sy'n gysylltiedig â chyffuriau i ardal yr achlysur.

Bydd bagiau'n cael eu harchwilio ger mynediad ardal yr achlysur. 

Dydy'r rhestr yma ddim yn gynhwysfawr. Cyfeiriwch at delerau ac amodau gwerthu tocynnau'r achlysur. 

Where can I get tickets from?

How long will it take tickets to arrive once purchased?

E-tickets will be emailed to the account used at point of purchase. 

Can I Purchase Ticket on the day?

Providing there are tickets remaining, A Box Office will be in operation at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park from 11am-6pm near the bridge street entrance of the park for ticket collection and queries on the day.

Am I allowed to take food in to the event arena?

No you will not be allowed to take food or drink into the event arena. There will be a variety of food vendors in the arena that you will be able to purchase food and drink from. 

Ticket holders are advised that food and drink will be allowed into Ynysangharad War Memorial Park and can be consumed along the designated queuing route prior to entry into the Concert Arena.

Can I bring in my own alcohol / drinks?

NO there will be bars and refreshment outlets on the event site where you will be able to purchase alcohol and refreshments from. Please note there is a PSPO in place that covers Ynysangharad War memorial Park making it an offense to drink alcohol outside of the licenced event site. 

How old do I have to be to attend?

Any age can attend (as long as they have a ticket) but we ask parents / guardians over the age of 21 to accompany children under the age of 16 years.

Do children need tickets?

Yes, all people attending the event will require tickets.

What times will the gates be opening?

Gates will open at 3pm. The concert is expected to start at 4pm

 

What gates do I use to access the park?

Access will be via Llys Cadwyn Bridge and Marks and Spencer’s Bridge. 

What time will the park be closed from on the day of the concert?

The park will be closed to members of the public from 12pm on the day of the concert.

Can I leave and return to the event arena later in the day?

NO we operate a no return policy, once you have had your ticket scanned on entry you will not be able to leave the event arena and return. 

Where can I park?

We encourage the use of public transport and Pontypridd is well serviced by a train and bus network, details for these can be found here www.tfw.wales 

There are a number of council operated pay and display car parks within walking distance of Ynysangharad War memorial park, further information on these can be found here 

Is there parking available within the park for disabled users?

NO there is no parking available within the grounds of Ynysangharad War Memorial park, all of the council operated car parks have a number of designated blue badge holder bays further information on these can be found on the paring link above. 

What time will the event finish?

The concerts are due to finish at 10:30pm.

Will I be able to take chairs and seating in the event arena?

NO chairs or furniture will be allowed into the event arena.

Will there be toilets on site?

Yes there will be toilets for customers use on the event site.

What’s the postcode of the park so I can use my sat nav?

Postcode to input is CF37 4PE, this will take you to Ynysangharad War Memorial Park. please not there is no parking within Ynysangharad War memorial Park, a list of nearby car parks can be found here

Will there be a designated area for me to watch the performance from my wheelchair?

A purpose built viewing area will be available to wheelchair users. Space within this area is limited and you will NOT be able to pre-book places. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis on the day. Please note that for each wheelchair there is only one space allocated for a single carer (seating will be supplied for this carer).

Will there be an opportunity to meet and greet the performers?

Due to the high demand there will be no paid for or donated meet and greets on the day available through us. Any potential meet and greets will be advertised on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

Who should I contact with regards to lost property at the event?

If you find you have lost something on the day of the event, please go to the yellow 'What's On' marquee and ask a member staff if any lost property has been handed in. 

If you realise after the event that you have lost something during one of the concerts, then please contact the Councils Events Department on events@rctcbc.gov.uk.

Please note identification maybe required and we will not send out any items via post, these will need to be collected in person.

Please note, all items of lost property found in Ynysangharad War Memorial Park during the concert should be handed in to a member of staff at the yellow 'What's On' marquee.

What happens if it rains? 

This is an outdoor concert, please come prepared for inclement weather. The concert will go ahead come rain or shine.

What can’t I bring into the concert?

NO professional cameras, Drones, recording equipment are allowed in the event arena.

NO bottles, cans, containers, alcohol, or food are allowed to be brought int0 the venue. Please note the PSPO in place covering Pontypridd making it an offense to consume alcohol in a non-licenced premises (on the street or in a public space)

Fireworks, Smoke Canisters, flags poles, umbrellas, picnic equipment, BBQ’s or Simula articles are not permitted in the venue.

No aerosols, drugs or drug related items are permitted into the venue.

Bag searches will be conducted at the arena entry point.
